Views
- The bird feeders at the Gifford House are frequented by the not so common red-breasted nuthatch.
- The bottom of the Old Gravel Pit looked like a great slush puddle, but was quite solid.
- Otherwise, the trails were pretty clear of snow.
- A tree was down along the Cary Pines Trail, but it was a graceful fall.
- A winter wren was sneeking around the swampy brush along the Sedge Meadow Trail.
- "Warning: bridge freezes before forest floor."
- So ended a quiet day on the trails.
